By purchasing from arkanadesigns.ca, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products 

All jewelry is subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Colours and details may vary slightly from photos due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces.

Pricing 

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. International customers will see prices converted to their local currency at checkout.

Sales Policy 

All sales are final for customers outside the European Union. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. EU customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive — please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Payment 

We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be cleared before an order is processed.

Shipping & Delivery
